Our Team

Warrior Tactical is New England's premier Mobile Training Unit. Our team is comprised of both law enforcement and medical personnel with decades of experience working in the field and the classroom. 

Colton Deschenes
Training Coordinator

Colton has worked in law enforcement since 2008 and began working for Warrior Tactical in 2015 when the business was formed. Colton has several advanced law enforcement and medical certifications that make him a great addition to our company.

 

Qualifications:

  • Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician

  • Tactical Medic NREMT-T 

  • AHA Basic Life Support Instructor

  • NAEMT Tactical Combat Casualty Care Instructor

  • NAEMT Instructor

  • Tactical Patrol Supervisor

  • F.L.E.T.C. Tactical Medicine Instructor

  • Adjunct Faculty, University of New Hampshire- Emergency Medical Services Education Program.

Colton also serves as adjunct faculty for the Emergency Medical Services Education Program at the University of New Hampshire, specializing in trauma and tactical medicine.

Chris Baril
EMS Instructor

Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Warrior Tactical. Chris has worked in both the medical and law enforcement field for the past twenty years. Chris currently works for the City of Boston EMS and brings his real world experiences with trauma and cardiac emergencies into our classrooms.

Chris is currently certified as a Basic Life Support Instructor and Bleeding Control Instructor.

Karen Henny, Paramedic
EMS Instructor

Karen Henny has been involved in EMS since 1990.  She was certified as an EMT in 1990 and as an Paramedic in 1993.  As a member of McGregor Memorial EMS since 1990, she has been on over 9,000 ambulance calls.  She has been licensed as a New Hampshire EMS Instructor/Coordinator since 1992. Karen has been a Faculty Lecturer for the Emergency Medical Services Education Program in the Dept. of Kinesiology on the UNH-Durham campus since 1996.  As UNH faculty, she teaches an average of approximately 100 Emergency Medical Responder, 25 EMT and 25 First Aid students for college credit every year. Karen is one of the founding instructor’s of McGregor Institute of EMS, a division of McGregor EMS which teaches EMS programs in a non-credit, adult education format, she teaches an average of 120 EMT students annually since 2005.

 

Karen has many advanced medical certifications to include American Heart Association Basic Life Support Training Center Faculty, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support, American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support, N.H. EMS-Instructor/Coordinator, NAEMT Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) , NAEMT TCCC Instructor, Active Threat Integrated Response Course (ATIRC).

Anthony McKnight
EMS Instructor

Tony came to Warrior Tactical as an experienced law enforcement instructor. Since being employed by Warrior Tactical, Tony has taken a vital role in educating both of our law enforcement customers and the general public. Tony is certified as a Basic Life Support Instructor, Bleeding Control Instructor, and Law Enforcement Specialist.

Cliff Singletary
EMS Instructor

Cliff comes to Warrior Tactical with over two decades of law enforcement experience. Cliff is employed by the City of Boston Police Department, assigned to their SWAT Team in the Special Operations Division. Cliff has served on the SWAT team for the past 16 years.

Cliff is a recipient of the Massachusetts Medal of Valor for saving a police officer in 2016 during an Active Shooter event in East Boston. In 2017, Cliff was honored at National Police Week in Washington, D.C. and received the "Top Cop" Award for his heroic efforts.
